The purpose of ' How to Supercharge your OKR's" is to show attendees ways to use OKR's to align their organizations with practical techniques and reasons for them. The presentation begins with a review of OKR's and their purpose. It includes an explanation of WHY alignment doesn't occur with OKR's in most organizations and an introduction of techniques to remedy the gap. The presentation ends with practice using the techniques to get the alignment and discussions of how to apply it to the audience's organizations. The presentation is meant to be interactive and practical in order to ensure that we can make it applicable and immediately useful.

Brian Levy

Brian Levy is the President of BridgePort Digital, an organizational optimization firm specializing in the bridging the gap between strategic goals and actual performance outcomes. While others in the industry have avoided metrics, Brian has been able to consistently improve productivity by over 30% within 3 to 6 months of operation. He has accomplished this feat by aligning an organization’s performance management processes to the appropriate strategic approach and by coaching executives through his pioneering techniques in Agile Strategy Management. As an avid fan of continuous improvement, Brian often takes the time to engage in executive coaching personally in order to learn new skills to transfer to his employees. However, his real joy is in putting his Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer status to use in the classroom and training others in the techniques which lead to organizational optimization.
