Description:

An introduction to Spanda Meditation and Improvisational Theater Games:  A tested recipe for SPARKS to FLY and CREATIVTY to SOAR.

Takeaways:

  • Participants experience:

Spanda Meditation, and how it can move you out of the mind, relax, refresh, and connect you to your inner Spanda, a Sanskrit word meaning “the pulsation before creation.” It is the place of inspiration we tap into that increases our intuition and creativity.

Improvisational theater games compliment Spanda meditation and catapults you into higher states of consciousness, moving you into unfamiliar territory while building the muscle of trust, freedom, and self-confidence. The games start out very simple and become more complex.

The combination of meditation and improvisational theater is the catalyst to transcend your: limitations of the familiar, courageously enter the unknown, and release your genius.
