Sponsorship Packages 2013 Annual Symposium The Project Management Institute (PMI) Silicon Valley Chapter is pleased to announce the availability of Sponsorship packages for the October 2013 PMI-SV Fall Symposium at the Santa Clara Convention Center, located in the heart of the Silicon Valley. The Symposium provides a platform for you to showcase your company, your products, and the services you offer. Based on the positive response from last year’s PMI-SV Fall Symposium, we are offering à la carte Sponsorship opportunities as well as traditional Sponsorship packages. Our primary goal is to provide our Sponsors with equity, value, and flexibility. Align your organization with the fastest growing project management in Northern California! The Fall Symposium is being held from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 7th, and Tuesday, October 8th. The main conference proceedings will occur at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Approximately 150 to 250 PMI Members from PMI Silicon Valley and other chapters locally and across the nation will be attending. Please note that full payment of your Sponsorship choices must be made before we can reserve your Sponsor benefits. You will be advised if an option is "sold out" so you can make another selection. Upon completion of your Sponsorship confirmation process, a personal Vendor Team Liaison will be assigned to support you with all of the necessary details on setup, exhibit hours, program brochure space, and other related activities and information. Pre-Bundled Sponsorship Packages for the Main Conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center Select a pre-bundled Sponsorship package full of benefits, or customize your selections from the à la carte menu. Increase your exposure by adding additional selections from the à la carte menu to any pre-bundled Sponsorship package. If you select your Sponsorship options à la carte, you will receive the additional benefits at the bronze, silver, or gold levels if the total spend matches that package price level. Certain platinum Sponsor benefits are reserved specifically for that level of Sponsorship, for which only one opportunity exists. Please note that the Sponsorship of an evening does not count toward Bronze level Sponsorship. All Sponsors will receive general acknowledgement onsite at the (at the Santa Clara Convention Center). Some packages and à la carte selections include additional promotion. Sponsor table locations are midstream of attendee movement to maximize exposure. $1,250; ten opportunities on a first-come, first-served basis Package Details: One six-foot table space in exhibit area in the main hallway with electricity. Located just outside the conference rooms. Includes total conference access to PMI-SV Fall Symposium for one staff person. Additional vendor staff admission may be purchased. All purchases of Sponsorship and vendor packages are non-refundable. Purchases are subject to acceptance by the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter. Some items may be limited in quantity. Any purchases not accepted will be fully refunded. No benefits will be provided until services ordered are paid in full. Program media, both print and electronic, have lead times. Two weeks is required from completion of payment to include logo in all target media. Some placements may occur sooner than two weeks and some media deadlines may be missed due to timing. Every effort will be made to meet media deadlines. Certain promotional materials to be provided by the Sponsor as detailed in this packet; the organizers will not print promotional materials beyond the program. Note: “PMI and the PMI logo are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.” will be printed at the bottom of each page of the program brochure and such does not need to be incorporated within the body of an individual program unless an R.E.P. or RCP prefers to do so at their sole discretion. The program pages are 5.5” wide x 8.5” tall. Subject to change with or without notice. Table selection will start on September 15th 2013. Sponsor table locations will be selected starting September 1st in the order of Sponsor total spend level and registration date. The assigned Vendor Team Liaison will provide coordination and consulting to ensure a satisfactory arrangement has been made for each Sponsor. The location and placement of Sponsor tables are subject to space constraints and the decision by the organizers will be final in this regard.

If an R.E.P. or RCP is already a Sponsor per above, the program brochure space is included in its Sponsorship package; no additional space is available.
