Ainsley Nies consults with organizations that want to perform at their highest level. Her work is focused on the development of sustainable environments for learning and continuous improvement primarily through methods such as chartering, retrospectives, Open Space Technology, or World Café. In addition, she teaches a variety of courses in the UC Berkeley Extension Agile Management Program.
Ainsley is also on the coordinating committee of the Bay Area Agile Leadership Network, initiator and co-founder of Agile Open California, and President of the Pacifica AAUW Branch. Her recent book, co-authored with Diana Larsen, “Liftoff: Launching Agile Teams and Projects Toward Success” will be available in print this Fall.
