GenAI impact on the PMI triangle: in this talk Carlos Escapa will discuss how Generative AI (language, image, and multimodal models) impact how we communicate at work, what new power skills we need to develop to exploit GenAI, how GenAI requires a new way of thinking about business opportunities, and how we plan and execute projects. Our speaker will provide some non-technical grounding on AI and then take us into more detail about what is GenAI and how models are built and deployed.
The presentation will include a large number of use cases to help illustrate the impact that the technology is already having, and what use cases we can expect to see happen in the next 3 to 6 months.
