Snacks will be provided but anyone wanting supper is invited to visit the Off the Grid food trucks, that same evening, located at the Senior Center parking lot, on Shell Boulevard, literally across the street from the Community Center. The trucks will begin serving at 5 PM but do allow some extra time as a truck may have longer lines for ordering and waiting for your completed order. Mental fitness is an ability to face work and life challenges with a positive mindset, staying focused and clear-headed in the midst of the most challenging circumstances. It leads to higher performance with more ease, improved relationships at work and in personal life, and the higher overall quality of life with increased feeling of happiness.

We will look at the ways we sabotage our happiness by focusing on negatives, and discover simple tools that help us train our brain to notice and focus on positives, and increase mental fitness levels.
