Dr. Sam Swapn is a highly passionate Agile Evangelist, an Agile Guru (SME) and an Enterprise Agile Coach for last 7 years acting as Agile Champion at client locations. As a creative and analytical thinker he has helped transform large-scale businesses from waterfall to Agile at portfolio, program, to specific project level. He has been involved in several large-scale $10 million value projects and done complete end-end transformations. Key skills include:

• Actively involved for last 7 years in coaching distributed teams spread over several continents conducting onsite-offsite Scrum development.

• Provided a roadmap and effective leadership support to Agile projects.

• Extensively helped many teams integrate agile to their development environment.

• I have been extensively involved in team coaching, Agile adoption, develop internal program for teams.

• Developed and designed training material for specific client needs.

• Worked with multiple scrum teams and product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to provide continuous improvement to client Agile adoption with high quality.

The Plan Ahead registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, other than event cancellation, after normal business hours (5:00 PM, Pacific) on the registration deadline day. The PMI - Silicon Valley Chapter reserves the right to make last minute changes to program content and speakers, as circumstances dictate.
