In this workshop, you will explore conscious leadership skills of honoring all views and leveraging opposite perspectives and preferences. You will learn how to focus the power of essential opposite leadership qualities to enhance the creativity and performance of your team.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Know the difference between a problem to solve and a polarity to leverage
- Recognize how opposite perspectives and preferences can build up or tear down your team.
- Identify the upsides of individual and team preferences and skills and the downsides of an over-emphasized preference in yourself, your team and/or the organization.
- Map a leadership polarity for a leader, a team or the overall organization.
