Have you ever noticed how some people seem to have a charismatic, fascinating presence that captures attention and garners influence while others don’t? Presence is such a key skill for all leaders – and project managers have one of the most challenging leadership roles there is: a high degree of responsibility with little to no direct authority. For project managers, the ability to influence is especially critical, particularly in those key meetings with senior executives.

In today’s fast-paced world, the ability to think on your feet in a calm and grounded way, is the most essential it’s ever been.  With a strong executive presence comes the ability to be ON when you need it the most. When you’re ON your impact and influence on others allows you to reach and exceed your goals beyond your wildest dreams. When you’re off, you go largely unnoticed...

A common assumption is that either you're born with that kind of presence or you're not. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Executive presence is very much a learnable skill.

In this highly interactive talk, you will learn how to build and hone your executive presence.  Whatever level of presence you may already have, you will learn how to take it to another level.

Specifically, participants will learn:

  • ·      How to build and hone your authentic executive presence
  • ·      The mindset that underlies a strong presence, and how to cultivate it from within
  • ·      How to increase your influence with everyone through the way that you carry yourself
