The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is increasingly used by companies to scale agility across the enterprise. This talk shall look at the factors that need to be addressed to scale agile across the enterprise and explore the foundations of this framework. Specifically:

About the Instructor:
Tushar Pandya, Tushar is an Agile Coach, Transformation Leader and a Lifetime Agilist. His passion is creating opportunities for transformation patterns and coaching teams to collaborate and self-organize to hit their stride. Tushar is a long time resident of the Bay Area and has a successful career of over 25 years working and consulting for technology companies in the valley in roles from software development, product marketing, business management, global operations and agile coaching. He is founder of Agile Now, and has consulted as Agile Coach, and Trainer, helping companies through agile transformation. He is presently Agile Coach at Proteus Digital Health, Inc.
Tushar has bachelors and masters degrees in engineering and is a SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant (SPC4), PMP, and CSM. Additionally he teaches SAFe certification classes like SAFe for teams (SP), Leading SAFe(SA), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and Product Manager/Product Owner (PMPO)
