Smarter Product Roadmap in 1 hour or less!
How do you know your product is worth it? Would you be interested in learning how to massively increase the odds of building a better product? Quickly, not wasting valuable FTE hours? So you can have confidence in your roadmap? Tip: Say :”Yes!”
The short version is it’s about rapidly estimating value and effort, while revealing exactly what those two terms actually imply. Last time I ran this process live for a client, a one-hour session on value and a two-hour session on effort produced:-
- An annual roadmap for a $5M program
- All the core information necessary to inform rolling-wave planning through to completion
- Greatly reduced time-to-value
The program and product manager told me that their old process that had previously taken all year and wasted at least 20% of their budget. Ow!
They also declared that the new approach gave them:-
- A high-confidence plan that delighted executives
- An increase in the team’s knowledge of all the moving parts by a factor of ten
- A reduction in internal friction and argument to almost nothing
All that with only three hours of program team meetings. Sound good to you? I can show you how to do this in one hour or less. Then you can use it for the rest of your career.
You’ll have a technique you can use back at work when planning your portfolio, your program, your project, or at a pinch, your next sprint.
