Rich Condon, PMP Rich currently works for Calyx Software, he has over fifteen years experience leading project teams. He has held various Senior Program and Project Management roles in IBM, Hitachi GST and Stanford University in the areas of hardware development, software development, portfolio management, IT applications implementation and deployment of business transformation processes. He has been a PMP since 1997 and is a founding member for the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter. Rich has been a Career Management Co-Director for the last two years.

In addition, he is an Assistant Scout Master for BSA Troop 37, Los Altos and active in the Track & Field program for Saint Francis High, Mountain View.
 
Jim Sloane, PMP Jim Sloane is the owner of his project management consulting and training company, Project Management Explorations (PME). He is a certified OPM3 Assessor and Consultant, PMP and Certified Manager. He advises organizations on process improvement, coaches leaders and contributes as an additional pair of hands. His broad multi-industry experiences and knowledge generate creative solutions for organizations. Jim was one of 67 members who chartered the Silicon Valley Chapter with PMI. He provided monthly meeting programs that got the audience involved in the discussions through role plays and panel Q and As. He went on to be awarded Volunteer of the year in 1999 for his innovative events. Jim served as President in 2001. Jim is also President Emeritus of PMI Silicon Valley Chapter, Inc.  
Wayne Goulding, PMP

Wayne Goulding is an accomplished and skilled Senior Project Manager with an unparalleled record executing complex and high profile programs. Talented in developing and implementing project management processes to ensure highly effective project execution and aligning change efforts with business goals; master of advanced methodologies, processes, and technologies.  He has 20+ years’ solid experience spanning multiple disciplines including Business Development, Program Management, and Operations Management.
 
Wayne was active in establishing the chapter, in 1997. He sat on the chapter's first elected board of directors, and continued as a board
member for 1998 - 1999 and 2001 - 2006. He was chapter president in 1999 and 2002. From 2003 through 2006 he held the position of Senior
Director of Chapter Development. During the span from 1998 - 2006, he provided many significant contributions in development of member
benefits, business operations, and organizational infrastructure. For his many contributions, Jose Solera, President, named him the 2006
Volunteer of the Year, an award Wayne instituted during his 1999 term as president. Since 2006, he continues to be an active member and
volunteer.

Wayne is a respected leader and team-player, well known in both industry and the profession as a critical thinker, team builder,
visionary, problem solver. He has very strong vertical and lateral management skills as well as proposal and process development
expertise, which routinely facilitates the exchange of ideas and can use relationship networks to strategically accomplish objectives.
