Description:

Most project teams achieve results, but often at the expense of team members burning out from long hours and stressful, pressure-filled work environments.  Or, worse yet, project teams simply aren’t able to perform anywhere near their capacity due to the continual daily stress and pressure.

Neither of these team environments is sustainable, particularly in today’s economic conditions, so it is critical that project teams learn to create an environment with a “release valve” and be able to increase camaraderie at work.  Research shows that teams who do this actually achieve greater productivity and far greater results!

By attending this interactive and experiential session, you’ll learn 9 steps, practical tools and tips to help your project team move from stress and pressure into peace and productivity, so that your team can start achieving more of the results your organization is counting on your team to produce!

By attending this workshop, project professionals will be able to

  • Realize the connection between relaxation, camaraderie and high performing teams
  • Learn to utilize the “every reaction is a choice” tool to decrease stress when under pressure
  • Measure your current level of stress/pressure
  • Create a team vision of less stressed, more relaxed team interactions that yield better team results
  • Learn to help team members set priorities and say “no” to requests that fall outside of the project team’s “peaceful productivity plan”
  • Recognize that project team members are your greatest resources
  • Identify a method to check in on team member stress as well as productivity
  • Create a support structure so everyone can invest in their own self care:  work-life balance, nutrition, rest, exercise and FUN!
  • Schedule time every day to integrate relaxation and peacefulness into your team’s work
  • Hold each other accountable to maintaining a highly-productive, more fun/less stressed environment
  • Create a “peaceful productivity action plan” with specific “next steps” and accountability

If you’re ready to help your project team be more productive, less stressed and have more fun while getting better results, this workshop is for YOU!
